Escape From Naerband
"Thraknûl, the chief torturer of Naerband, has locked his prison fortress down and looks to capture anyone disobeying his twisted laws."
Background
Thraknûl and Urudanî have returned to Naerband, and there is little hope that you will be able to escape the prison fortress alive.
Objective 1
Enemies guard the stairs ahead.
You must approach them and prepare to defend yourself!
Objective 2
Confront Thraknûl.
- Thraknûl says, "How dare you interfere, in my domain!"
- Thraknûl says, "Oh what I have in store for you!"
- Akhrûn says, "<name>!"
Objective 3
Let events transpire.
- Thraknûl says, "Now that you are awake, you poor excuse for a <class>, I can begin."
- Thraknûl says, "Where is the enjoyment of torturing, when the victim can not witness the pain?!"
- Thraknûl says, "I shall devise torment in you, unequalled in any of the Ages of the world!"
- Thraknûl says, "Now, Where to begin?!"
- Thraknûl says, "Who there disturbs my session?"
- Thraknûl says, "Ah, Urudanî, You are truly Lord Sauron's gift to Naerband."
- Thraknûl says, "You embody his masterwork of death and ruin."
- Thraknûl says, "What may I do for you on this day?"
- Thraknûl says, "Yes, I was just torturing this filth who entered Naerband, unbeknownst to me."
- Thraknûl says, "A trifling matter."
- Thraknûl says, "I, I suppose there are more important tasks."
- Thraknûl says, "I know you seek more flame wraiths, Urudanî, my gift of flame and fire."
- Thraknûl says, "Yes, I will put this <race> in a cell and deal with the filth later."
- Thraknûl says, "You have my devotion, for in Sauron's death, you have come to me."
- Urudanî's Warrior says, "Yes, Urudanî."
- Urudanî's Warrior says, "Yes, Urudanî."
- Thraknûl says, "Fire is truly the greatest tool in torment."
- Thraknûl says, "It seems we must delay our session."
- Thraknûl says, "Do not look relieved!"
- Thraknûl says, "<race>, I am the warden of Naerband, the greatest of Lord Sauron's prisons."
- Thraknûl says, "You shall never forget that, for you shall never escape!"

- You notice a loose brick

- ODD BRICK "This brick looks loose."
- Behind the loose brick you find an old scrap of metal
Objective 6
Escape the cell using the what information you remember from Akhrûn's own daring escape.
- LOCK "A standard lock."
- That almost worked! One more try should do it!
Objective 7
Escape the cell using the what information you remember from Akhrûn's own daring escape.
- You hear the lock unlatch!
Objective 8
Akhrûn can be found in her cell, in the south-western end of Naerband.
You should free Akhrûn.
Objective 9
Talk to Akhrûn.
- Akhrûn: 'Thank you, <name>! Quickly, we must escape. There is not much time. Follow me!'
Objective 10
Follow Akhrûn and escape Naerband.
- Akhrûn says, "This way!"
- Akhrûn says, "We can escape through this cave."
Objective 11
Talk to Akhrûn.
- Akhrûn: 'This passage leads through an old culvert. No one seems to know it exists!'
